What is instant tea?

Instant tea is a powder or mixture that can be mixed with water to form a tea beverage. This powder is made by extracting the solids from tea leaves and then removing the water, usually by a technique called spray drying. In addition to the tea extract, sugar, dairy whitener, tea extract and milk solids are also added according to the tea type. This way, the premix powder is made.  To make instant tea, just pour a little more than 100 ml of warm water into a cup and add one sachet of any instant premix tea of your choice. That’s it! After a few seconds of stirring, it is ready for you to drink.
